Educational Requirements:
∎ Minimum HSC or Diploma in Fashion Design from any University/ Institute
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Providing necessary instructions to the team to increase production with the quality for each order.
∎ Following up the production schedule to keep the supply chain at an optimum level.
∎ Design.
∎ Technical Development.
∎ Technical Support.
∎ Quality Production
∎ Arrange style wise pattern designing and pattern grading to ensure zero error cutting.
∎ Ensure cost reduction by achieving optimum efficiency of CAD and making 100% accurate markers.
∎ Work on marking and cutting marker as per buyer requirements.
∎ Collaborating with senior management and decision makers to share information for problem-solving.
∎ Analyzing problematic situations and provide solutions to ensure company growth
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 40 to 50 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Minimum 10 (Ten) years' experience in any reputed organization.
Salary:
∎ Basic salary: BDT 2,16,000.00 Per month,
House Rent: BDT 35,000.00 Per month,
Conveyance : BDT 5,000.00 Per month,
Medical: BDT 5,000.00 Per month,
The Service is liable to be terminated by 60 day`s notice from either side.
