Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor/ Masters in Sociology/ Social welfare/ Political science/ Economics/ Management or any other relevant subject.

∎ At least 3 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for overall management of the center base training and production Project.
∎ Responsible to prepare the financial reports on monthly, quarterly, six monthly and annual basis or as per reporting procedure of donor and within deadlines and provide documents/report to the organization as per need or instruction.
∎ Organize field team in order to assure learners & trainers selection & skill development Training.
∎ Support Center managers on methodology and tool for assessment as well as provide training & orientation if needed.
∎ Support Center managers to overcome challenges and convey desired outcome.
∎ Ensure proper and timely delivery of the training contents according to the training module
∎ Responsible to form cash disbursement committee, support to cash requisition for the branch offices and adjustment of bill following organizational guideline and timeline.
∎ Responsible for organizing internal audit and face external audit by the donor.
∎ Responsible to record the expenditure in the ledger that will comply with the budget line item. Prepare the resolution of purchase committee.
∎ Check/review/ensure in compliance with the approved budget for all kinds of procurement, submit purchase requisition, liaison with procurement team for purchasing quality materials as and when necessary according to the organizational procurement policy and procedures.
∎ Responsible to ensure that all stock items are procured as per procurement policy and well documented (entered into the relevant register).
∎ Responsible to provide all type of support during training/workshop/meeting period and communicate, coordinate & cooperate with all units and provide logistic support in time as their need.
∎ Keep confidential all financial and sensitive information
∎ Proper documentation and recording of documents and information
∎ Execute any other task assigned by supervisor/ management
∎ Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the programme’s goals on safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
∎ Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.
∎ Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place and also encourage others to do so.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Understanding on project planning and implementation
∎ Communication with Govt and Ngo’s stakeholders
∎ Basic understanding on accounting procedures, bookkeeping, bill & vouchers validation, procurement etc.
∎ Knowledge on budget management.
∎ Demonstrated skills in financial report writing and budgeting.
∎ Knowledge on MS Office Applications
∎ Communication skill both in English and Bengali
