Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Public Health (MPH) in relevant discipline from any reputed university/institute.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 7 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop action plans and strategy to conduct health activities.
∎ Maintain coordination with Government and other stakeholders.
∎ Assess continuously the projects directions and propose improvements.
∎ Technical support to field team and coordination with other sectors
∎ Ensure supportive supervision to field level staffs to increase program outcome.
∎ Support supervisor in participating in internal and external coordination meetings.
∎ Ensure quality and integrity of implementation, including adherence to technical guidelines and established deadlines
∎ Maintain drug supply in the field effectively
∎ Identifying and addressing staff capacity building opportunities
∎ Ensure drug & logistic requisition to the procurement department
∎ Monthly performance report collection
∎ Follow up regular implementing project and ensure quality of work
∎ Ensure on-site technical support in field level
∎ Responsible for provide relevant and understandable technical information to proper authority
∎ Coordination with management and field operation team members to implement all kinds of technological options
∎ Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the programme’s goals on safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
∎ Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.
∎ Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so.
