∎ At least 3 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Supports and contributes to the implementation of adolescent, case management, CBCPC and social cohesion activities
∎ Provide support in the design, development and implementation of innovative, effective, context appropriate adolescent programming
∎ Provides support to project team to ensure that best practices for adolescent services and service integration are well documented, evaluated and poised for scale up
∎ In collaboration with agency/ partners and community leaders, develop selection criteria of adolescent programme to engage them in life skill curriculum sessions
∎ Support development and scale up of efforts to achieve gender responsive adolescent friendly gender service provision at facility level as well as community-level. Ensure quality of care for Adolescent services through ongoing monitoring and evaluation
∎ Development different tools and template on adolescent programme and lead the different programmatic group e.g. adolescent clubs, CBCPC, case management etc.
∎ Regular field visit and monitoring the situation
∎ Supportive supervision of the child protection adolescent engagement activity and provide technical guidance to the staffs of the project including adolescent programme to achieve the vision of the child protection adolescent engagement activities
∎ Preparing different reports, budget and other documents and send those to respective authority in time
∎ Keeping Liaison with different sector of HCMP, others departments of BRAC, national and International NGOs and GO specially CiC office
∎ Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the programmer’s goals on safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
∎ Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.
∎ Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so.

∎ Coordination and collaboration with child protection actors, CiC, SMS and government official.
∎ Used to with online data input and effective report production of every event of adolescent engagement activity
