Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters equivalent in any discipline from any UGC approved University/ Institution.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Liaising and coordination with all humanitarian partners and stakeholders working in the sites
∎ Timely reporting any gaps and/or duplication in service delivery and advocating through the appropriate mechanism for achieving agreed minimum standards and service delivery quality
∎ Attend sector meeting and arrange partner meeting for mitigating the risk and challenges as being focal of WASH agency
∎ Organizing regular meetings with committee and community representatives’ participation in coordination meetings
∎ Overseeing mobilization activities conducted by assistants/outreach workers or community members/representatives and supporting community mobilization of partner agencies, as needed
∎ Establish complain response mechanism including data management and referral system
∎ Developing weekly, monthly and long-term work plans for the project implementation, set direction by prioritizing and organizing activities and resources to achieve project objectives and ensuring regular follow-ups on plans implementation
∎ Accurate record keeping of project documentation, including photos and proper filing of meeting minutes, attendance sheets, assessment reports/documents, review and updating of databases etc., in soft and hard copy
∎ Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the programme’s goals on safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment
∎ Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action
∎ Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 18 years

∎ Knowledge on WASH in Humanitarian Sector
∎ Proven and good understanding of community-based approaches
∎ Awareness of Camp and host context due to FDMN influx in Cox’s bazar
∎ Computer Literacy (MS-Word, Excel, power point etc.)
∎ Presentation skills
∎ Report preparing
∎ Coordination and communication
∎ Motivation Skills
∎ Planning and prioritizing (resource allocation and critical thinking)
∎ Analytical Ability
