Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Provide support and guidance to the Senior Project Officer (SPO)/ Project Officer/Field Facilitator to operate and function adolescent centers, capacitate facilitators and the others
∎ Guide and Supervise the Senior Project Officer (SPO)/ Project Officer/Field Facilitator
∎ Maintain Liaison and coordination with gov. and non-gov. stakeholder including community
∎ Support to manage logistics and ensure learning materials in classroom
∎ Support to identify the operational risk factors of the programme proactively and address those issues properly
∎ Provide support to ensure the safety of Programme Participants, people who come into contact with the organization and team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation including sexual exploitation and abuse (SEA) to achieve the programme's goals of safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment
∎ Support to ensure Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action
∎ Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place and encourage others to do so.
