∎ Age: Age not over 55 years on 30 April 2024.
∎ Experience: Minimum 18 years’ experience at different levels in any reputed Bank or Non-Banking Financial Institution out of which at least 5 years practical experience as EVP/ Sr. EVP/ DMD or equivalent positions.
∎ Must be dynamic, energetic, self-motivated and self-organized with a positive attitude.
∎ Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changes.
∎ Ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks.
∎ Excellent written and verbal communication skills both in Bangla and English.
∎ Leadership, team management and interpersonal relationship skills.
∎ Knowledge and expertise in capital market operations.
∎ Sound knowledge of MS office and other basic operations of computer.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Working with Managing Director, Board and other committee in running the organization smoothly and assisting in developing and executing strategic business development plan of the Company.
∎ To participate in the strategic planning process and to build a strong foundation of the Company by establishing appropriate discipline and ensuring accountability through follow-up and monitoring of performance and to recommend corrective measures.
∎ Implementing systems, policies and process relating to improving the quality of Operation and customer service.
∎ The candidate should have experience in business acquisiton from Corporate and SME, sound knowledge on Credit Administration, Credit Risk Management, Product Development, Branch Management, Market Development, etc.
∎ The candidate must have expertise in the monitoring/collection process and be capable of handling hardcore defaulter clients.
∎ To oversee business development, monitoring and recovery progress in accordance with the relevant laws and regulations.
∎ The candidate must have excellent communication skills and expertise in communicating with different type of stakeholders.
∎ Maintaining close liaison with Bangladesh Bank, BSEC, and other regulators, as required.
∎ The candidate must have knowledge about Anti Money Laundering Rules, Bangladesh Bank Rules/Circulars and all other relevant laws.
∎ Decide on investment strategies by considering cash flow management.
∎ Actively involved in organization’s fundraising plans and capital structure.
∎ Any other work/responsibility as and when assigned by the Managing Director or the authority.
