Responsibilities & Context:

Seeking a Young, Dynamic Branch Manager for its Mymensingh & Sylhet region

  • Create an efficient, friendly and service-oriented branch environment.
  • Manage relationships with regulators, customers, bankers and all external stakeholders.
  • Keep track of achievement of all targets and deliverables assigned to branch staff by respective line of business or function heads through interaction and review of relevant MIS reports.
  • Manage branch-based cross functional teams to ensure smooth service delivery for all lines of business and departments.
  • Take appropriate measures to safeguard branch assets and ensure maintenance of office infrastructure.
  • Control branch expenses and petty cash position.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory and internal policies and guidelines.
  • Ensure adequate checks and balances are in place in all branch operational processes.
  • Ensure Portfolio quality through supervision of the collection activities of the Branch as per collection protocol.
  • Maintain quality asset portfolio by coordinating post disbursement collection activities.
  • Co-ordinate the exception approval process.
  • Address customer and employee satisfaction issues promptly.
