Responsibilities & Context:
∎ The candidate required to take full responsibility for pattern development and engineering using ICAD software and manual methods.
∎ To support & assist the product creation process by being the technical bridge between 2D design & 3D prototype.
∎ To specify the material, component & construction options to meet key features & product performance goals.
∎ To ensure article wise pattern for making cutting dies for much production.
∎ To do root cause analysis and risk analysis during sample stage.
∎ To prepare product costing, materials consumption, article wise materials budget by using software & manual.
∎ To ensure SOP, BOL and product diagram from bulk production.
∎ Trouble shooting during production and operation.
∎ Develop. motivate and Train subordinates to ensure teamwork and take on the challenges of Footwear as well as R&D / Product development dept.
