Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Oversee the lasting departments, ensuring timely and quality completion of production tasks.
∎ Manage the lasting line, ensuring smooth workflow and adherence to production schedules.
∎ Train and supervise the lasting teams, promoting a culture of teamwork and excellence.
∎ Implement and monitor quality control procedures to ensure finished as customer products meet company as well standards.
∎ Coordinate with other departments, such as and packing, cutting, and sewing to ensure production and shipment.
∎ Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to lasting processes or machinery.
∎ Optimize assembly processes to improve efficiency and reduce production costs.
∎ Stay updated with industry trends and advancements to implement best practices in the lasting processes.
∎ Shipment follow up and confirm shipment within the timeline.
∎ Interact and co-operate with all members of the production team to reduce absenteeism and dropout rate.
