∎ We are looking for an experienced Deputy Mnager/Assistant Manager, HR to join our professional team. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in HR with excellent analytical and communication skills.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Recruitment and Talent Acquisition:
∎ Lead the recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and selection of candidates.
∎ Develop and maintain relationships with recruitment agencies and job boards.
∎ Implement innovative recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
∎ Employee Engagement:
∎ Develop and execute employee engagement initiatives, including surveys, feedback sessions, and recognition programs.
∎ Create a positive and inclusive workplace culture that promotes employee well-being and satisfaction.
∎ Performance Management:
∎ Oversee the performance management process, including goal setting, feedback, and performance reviews.
∎ Provide coaching and guidance to managers on performance-related matters.
∎ Training and Development:
∎ Identify training needs and design training programs to enhance employee skills and capabilities.
∎ Facilitate training sessions and workshops as needed.
∎ HR Policies and Compliance:
∎ Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws and regulations.
∎ Develop and update HR policies and procedures in line with best practices.
∎ Employee Relations:
∎ Address employee concerns, conflicts, and grievances in a fair and timely manner.
∎ Promote a positive and respectful work environment.
∎ Benefits and Compensation:
∎ Manage and administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance and retirement plans.
∎ Conduct salary bench marking and compensation analysis.
∎ HR Analytics:
∎ Utilise HR data and analytics to make informed decisions and identify trends.
∎ Prepare regular reports and presentations for senior management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 32 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Proven experience in HR leadership roles, with a minimum of 5 years of experience.
∎ Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
∎ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
∎ Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute HR strategies.
∎ Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
∎ Proficiency in HR software and systems
∎ Demonstrated ability to build and maintain positive employee relations.
Salary: Tk. 45000 - 50000 (Monthly)
