Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelors/ Masters preferably in Science/ Social Science/ Business/ Education/ Arts/ Fine Arts or any other relevant discipline from any recognised university.

Job Context:
∎ JOB PURPOSE: Working for both projects - Amra Notun Network and Creative Clubs, they will liaise with the BYP Content and Strategy and Operations teams for the smooth execution of the project activities. They will be responsible for all alumni engagement activities and campus engagements.
∎ SAFEGUARDING RESPONSIBILITIES:
∎ Ensure the safety of team members and project participants from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the programme`s goals on safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
∎ Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.
∎ Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so.
∎ Location: BRAC Head Office
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Work with and maintain relationships with the alumni of Amra Notun Network and Creative Clubs.
∎ Keep track of all community projects, both current and previous, working and non-working.
∎ Work with university clubs to promote BYP's agendas and recruit participants for Amra Notun Network.
∎ Engage with internal and external project stakeholders through offline and online meetings and conversations.
∎ Engage with local youth groups and coordinate prospective partnerships.
∎ Promote youth engagement opportunities to alumni in national and international youth networks.
∎ Host regular alumni meetups in both online and offline spaces.
∎ Work with other BRAC programmes to coordinate BRAC's with done with the youth in various development and enterprise sectors.
∎ Create an online network of alumni all over Bangladesh who help promote empathetic citizenship.
∎ Cascade trainings for alumni from the training and development team to reach the relevant and interested alumni.
∎ Liaise with communications team to provide communications materials for documentation and for communications campaigns.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 2 years of working experience in the relevant field, preferably in facilitation or adolescents and youth centered activities.
∎ Project management, communication (specially writing), Microsoft Office.
∎ Ability to conduct on-line research and basic data analysis skills.
∎ Development, Youth development and organizations.
∎ Critical analysis, partnership management, problem solving, team player, dealing with ambiguity, ability to work under pressure.
