Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor's/ Masters in Supply chain management/ business administration or any other relevant subject from any reputed public or private university. Candidates with professional degree in supply chain management will get preference.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Supervise and guidance warehouse staff under specific warehouse cluster.
∎ Regular monitoring the process of material stacking, data accuracy, filling, challan & GRN management.
∎ Ensure cluster warehouses maintain operates following the warehouse & inventory management guideline
∎ Regular visit to warehouses, checking of inventory stock, filling of warehouse visit checklist and report to warehouse manager.
∎ Identify process gap and potential risk in warehouse & inventory management and report to warehouse manager.
∎ Ensure cluster warehouse are well functional and able to dispatch material timely as per requirement of projects
∎ Rotational inspection of inventory management software data and manual registers data & challan to ensure data accuracy
∎ Provide gate pass approval of material that has been approved from project to dispatch once proper challans are generated through inventory management software.
∎ Prepare and send periodic progress report to warehouse manager and provide required idea to improve the situation.
∎ Necessary coordination with project/sector focal to ensure timely labor for warehouse operation and periodic stacking rearrangement.
∎ Ensure that cluster warehouse staffs are managing warehouse keys in line with key management policy
∎ Coordinate the dumper transport requirement for material dispatch
∎ Coordinate transport bill are vetted in time from warehouse and send them to relevant project for further processing
∎ Coordinate warehouse inventory stock report are timely submitted to project by warehouse Officer timely.
∎ Initiate for payment of warehouse rent/electricity in coordination with project and operation team
∎ Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the programme's goals on safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
∎ Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.
∎ Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Knowledge on warehouse management, logistics and transportation
∎ Knowledge on people management.
∎ Knowledge on pharmaceutical product inventory management (as an added advantage)
∎ Effective communication and presentation skills.
∎ Have computer skills with all Microsoft Office programs (MS Word, Power Point, and Excel).
∎ Excellent influencing, negotiating and communication skills.
∎ Excellent organization, and coordination skills.
∎ Develop short training module on warehouse operation and impart training to his/her associates.
∎ Demonstrated ability to think strategically, prioritize and meet deadlines in a complex and challenging environment; must be culturally sensitive.
∎ Ability to operate in a complex organization, across functions and work on own initiative and collaboratively as part of diverse teams.
