∎ Excellent facilitation skills in developing training materials and using interactive training methods
∎ Excellent communication and negotiation skills to manage different stakeholders
∎ Broad knowledge and experience across the broad spectrum of legal aspects, fact-finding, and investigation know-how.
∎ Well-conversant about employee safeguarding and gender equality
∎ At least 2/3 years’ experience in investigation and mediation training, training needs assessment, manual development, and training evaluation in both donor projects and corporate context.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Conduct training needs assessment and customize the standard training packages as per the assessment report.
∎ Develop training materials and delivery plans that meet the client's specific requirements.
∎ Facilitate and co-facilitate investigation and mediation training programs, and gather feedback from participants/clients.
∎ Develop new training materials and training brochures for promoting new businesses.
∎ Maintain the client accounts and conduct follow-ups with the client for new businesses and revenue collections.
∎ Maintain training records by developing reports and conducting training evaluations.
∎ Provide logistic and operational support to the supervisor/senior team members for facilitating training programmes.

∎ JOB PURPOSE:
∎ The person will be responsible for conducting and coordinating training programmes for donor-funded project participants and corporate clients.
∎ KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
∎ Conduct training needs assessment and customize the standard training packages as per the assessment report.
∎ Develop training materials and delivery plans that meet the client's specific requirements.
∎ Facilitate and co-facilitate investigation and mediation training programs, and gather feedback from participants/clients.
∎ Develop new training materials and training brochures for promoting new businesses.

∎ SAFEGUARDING RESPONSIBILITIES
∎ Ensure the safety of Programme Participants, people who come into contact with the organisation and team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation including sexual exploitation and abuse (SEA) to achieve the programme's goals of safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
∎ Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.
∎ Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so.
