Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor/ Masters degree in any discipline from any recognized university/institution
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Conduct TNA (Training Need Assessment), skill evaluation and recommend the appropriate training
∎ Develop annual training plan for staff and CHWs
∎ Prepare different training modules with hand notes
∎ Collect and customize different SBCC materials
∎ Organize training sessions on SRHR, CMR, IPC, safeguarding, gender equality and social inclusion, core humanitarian standards, human rights and other related subjects under H&N sector
∎ Provide support in identifying community needs and ensure annual training plan as needed
∎ Organize training for staff and volunteer to ensure quality of work in the field
∎ Monitor and implement relevant tools in training session
∎ Maintain record of the training database
∎ Prepare report on training, session and workshop
∎ Follow up and assessment of the participants who will receive the training
∎ Arrange refresher training for the participants
∎ Facilitate hands on training to the weak performer.
∎ Ensure that all staff of health facilities and CHWs receive basic training/orientation on the services provided by them
∎ Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the programme's goals on safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
∎ Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.
∎ Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 18 years
∎ Educational qualification can be considered in case of highly experienced candidates.
∎ Knowledge on developing training module, session plan, coordination, monitoring, report writing, presentation preparation, and safeguarding.
∎ Coordination of relevant stakeholder
∎ Ability to establish and maintain good working relationships with stakeholders in a sensitive environment.
∎ Effective communication and presentation skills.
∎ Have computer skills with all Microsoft Office programs (MS Word, Power Point, and Excel).
∎ Excellent communication skills both in Bangla and English
∎ Team player and Self-motivation.
∎ Ability to think technically, prioritize and meet deadlines in a complex and challenging environment; must be culturally sensitive.
∎ Ability to operate in a complex organization, across functions and work on own initiative and collaboratively as part of diverse teams.
