Job Context:
∎ JOB PURPOSE: The person will be responsible for coordinating with the corporate clients for providing training services in the areas of employee safeguarding and managing accounts of the clients for ensuring one-stop services.
∎ SAFEGUARDING RESPONSIBILITIES
∎ Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the programme`s goals on safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
∎ Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.
∎ Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Conduct training needs assessment and customize the standard training packages as per the assessment report.
∎ Develop cost proposals for the clients and finalize the business agreements with the clients.
∎ Develop training materials and training delivery plans based on the clients' requirements.
∎ Facilitate/co-facilitate training programmes and collect the feedbacks from the training participants/clients.
∎ Develop new training materials and training brochures for promoting new businesses.
∎ Maintain the client accounts and conduct follow-ups with the client for new businesses and revenue collections.
∎ Conduct training evaluations, develop reports and maintain training records.
∎ Develop annual budget in line with the projected business plans and provide logistic and operational support to the supervisor/senior team members for facilitating training programmes.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Excellent facilitation skills in imparting training programmes
∎ Strong communication and negotiation skills for handling corporate clients
∎ Develops high quality training materials in line with the needs of corporate clients
∎ Develops business proposals acceptable for the clients
∎ Provides inputs for new business development
∎ Excellent understanding about training needs assessment, training curricula development, training manual development and business proposal development
∎ Minimum 4 years' of working experience in relevant sector. Experience in training needs assessment, manual development, visual aids development and training evaluation in corporate context will get the preference.
