∎ Minimum 5 years of experience in Security services (retired police /army with intelligence background rank of OC / WO or relevant field person is a requirement)
∎ Have acquaintance with people management
∎ Have knowledge on security & safety measures
∎ Have knowledge on security system
∎ Have knowledge on MS applications
∎ Have knowledge on various communication applications

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Provide security supports inside Rohingya camps whenever it requires
∎ Build strong relationship with local law enforcement agencies
∎ Create effective information (intelligence) collection method to protect area of responsibility
∎ Monitor and provide necessary guidelines to supervisor to ensure quality and timely field security supports
∎ Maintain a good communication with all stakeholders in the field offices, especially with operations staff to ensure demand for security support
∎ Ensure quarterly/ semi-annually/ annually fire-grilling/ training on security material uses in the field offices and warehouses
∎ Ensure minimization of security risks in area of responsibility for the staff and other stakeholders
∎ Ensure timely submission of necessary reports on overall observation on security supports and status of safety materials in the field offices
∎ Monitor all security guards ensure proper security service from them
∎ Ensure capacity building of security guards and ensure 24/7 security services in the field offices
∎ Ensure security of cash distribution at camp area
∎ Ensure the safety of Programme Participants, people who come into contact with the organisation and team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation including sexual exploitation and abuse (SEA) to achieve the programme's goals of safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment
∎ Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action
∎ Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place and encourage others to do so.
∎ This position will be responsible for ensuring security and safety supports in the field level under the supervision of Manager, Security, HCMP
