Meghna Group of Industries (MGI) is one of the largest and leading conglomerates in Bangladesh. Meghna Pulp and Paper Mills Ltd. (MPPML) one of the sister concerns of Meghna Group of Industries (MGI) is involved in producing Tissue, Offset Paper and stationaries item. Meghna Pulp and Paper Mills Ltd. (MPPML) is currently looking for Deputy Manager for its Quality Control Department to maintain newly DIP base paper quality as per requirement and the incumbent will directly report to the Plant Head.

Job Description:

• Operate DIP (Delete Ink Process) plant laboratory equipment proficiently to ensure accurate testing and analysis.

• Calibrate all laboratory equipment systematically to maintain optimal performance and reliability.

• Prepare all standard chemicals required for the DIP (Delete Ink Process) plant, adhering to safety and quality protocols.

• Develop recipes for the production of DIP base paper, ensuring quality and consistency.

• Create and maintain specifications for various raw materials and chemicals to guarantee product quality.

• Conduct comprehensive tests on incoming raw materials and chemicals to ensure the quality of each item.

• Oversee shift operations to manage all quality control testing efficiently.

• Guide and support subordinates in executing their duties effectively and accurately.

• Ensure the quality of finished goods meets customer satisfaction and regulatory requirements.

• Monitor and adjust quality measures to align with market demands and industry standards.
