Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters preferably in Social Science/ Development Studies/ Public Policy/ or MBA from any recognized university.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Under the guidance of the Head and Director RSP and in consultation with program teams, assist in updating and monitoring the strategy.
∎ Regularly monitor donor websites and identify donor opportunities that align with the work of the program / organization
∎ Conduct independent research on potential donors/partners, foundations and corporations, finding a match with partners whose philanthropic or funding criteria match the organization's vision and activities
∎ Identify and communicate potential new areas of program design according to the programmatic strategy
∎ Compile and maintain a database of international and local donor organizations (international foundations, bilateral and multilateral agencies and corporations)
∎ Lead program design workshops
∎ Develop and maintain all proposal tracking documentation as required
∎ Coordinate the development of project concept papers, proposals and project design documents, ensuring high quality standards are met and that proposals meet donor and member requirements.
∎ Develop and maintain donor database.
∎ Developing log frame for projects.
∎ Preparing budget for project and analyze head wise expenditure.
∎ Writing project inception, progress, completion and other relevant report.
∎ Preparing FD-6, FD-2, FC-2 etc. documents required for NGOAB approval.
∎ Support BDS development activities, marketing and report preparation.
∎ Ensure safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the programme's goals on safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
∎ Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.
∎ Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so.

Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 03 years of professional experience in similar context in INGO/ NGOs.
