Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Enhance coordination and communication with personnel at different levels within the organization as well as with government, NGOs, private sectors, and other stakeholders.
∎ Carrying out administrative and documentation duties, eg. preparing and sharing official information such as circulars, meeting minutes, administrative letters etc., and organizing national and international travel.
∎ Support in conducting case studies to better understand the contextual realities and document key lessons learned from successful approaches, challenges, and recommendations.
∎ Assist in the preparation of reports, SOPs, manuals, concept notes, proposals etc.
∎ Organizes training, meetings, conferences, and other events including logistic arrangements in collaboration with other implementing partners/ stakeholders.
∎ Support in the implementation of project activities, identifying climate change impact on health/ service etc.Procurement of all necessary programme needs (stationery, IT, furniture, printing of reports and brochures etc.) as per BRAC Procurement rules and ensure all steps starting from requisition to delivery of goods.
∎ Keep a record of all fixed assets and stationery items status and generate regular reports.
∎ Practice and promote BRAC Gender Policy. Support implementation of gender equality and women empowerment at all levels.
∎ Ensure the safety of Programme Participants, people who come into contact with the organization and team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation including sexual exploitation and abuse (SEA) to achieve the programme's goals of safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
∎ Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.
∎ Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so.
∎ BRAC Health Programme has been implementing the TB Control Project for over three decades in collaboration with the National Tuberculosis Control Programme (NTP). BRAC works in a people-centered approach across rural and urban areas of the country with the aim to ensure prevention, early diagnosis, and treatment adherence of tuberculosis through community engagement.
∎ With the support of USAID, BRAC is going to implement TB diagnostic network strengthening (TBDNS) activities focusing on enhancing the quality, accessibility, and equity of TB diagnosis and treatment services.
∎ KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
