• Bachelor's/Master's degree in food engineering or related field (master's preferred).

• At least 10 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Manufacturing (FMCG), Trading or Export/Import

• Minimum 10 years of experience in the frozen food industry. (Must)

• Strong understanding of production planning, optimization of machinery and power consumption, and cold room operations.

• Familiarity with GMP standards and export compliance.

• Experience in daily and monthly reporting and general paperwork related to production.

• Royce UH Limited is a leading frozen food manufacturer in Bangladesh. Over the past four months, we have been successfully producing and marketing a variety of frozen products and are proud producers for the KISHWAN brand. Our product range includes parathas, nuggets, meatballs, momo, samosas, singara, and more.

Role Overview:

• We are seeking an experienced Manager to oversee our frozen food production line in Comilla. This includes managing a team of 60 to 70 people, leading R&D for new products, ensuring quality control, and handling daily and monthly production reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee production of various products including all flour based and meat-based products.

• Plan and optimize production schedules and ensure efficient utilization of workers and machines.

• Responsible for developing and maintaining recipes for each SKU, including updating existing ones and creating new ones.

• Prepare and manage cost sheets for each SKU, covering raw material and packaging costs.

• Develop and cost new products as part of the R&D responsibilities.

• Implement energy optimization strategies to manage power consumption.

• Utilize and optimize new machinery, such as sausage lines, and ensure efficient cold room usage.

• Ensure compliance with GMP standards and adapt products for export markets.

• Prepare daily and monthly production reports and handle necessary paperwork.

• Salary: Up to 70,000 BDT (All inclusive)
