∎ Quality professional qualification or a practical experience in managing similar manufacturing business at least two years’, senior management experience at Board level.
∎ Practical work experience in production of Empty Hard Gelatin Capsules/Gelatin/HPMC.
∎ Substantial and practical experience of living & working in developing countries with exposure to sensitive cross-cultural environments and relationships with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ The Global Capsules Limited (GCL) is the only manufacturer of Empty Hard Gelatin Capsules, Gelatin & Di-Calcium Phosphate in Bangladesh & 2nd largest Empty Hard Gelatin Capsules manufacturer in Southeast Asia. The registered Head office of the company is 37, Segun Bagicha, Dhaka-1000, Bangladesh & Factory: Rupatoli, Barisal, Bangladesh. The company came in operations in the year 1990. At the moment GCL is meeting up 75% of local demand of the pharmaceutical industry & also exporting Empty Hard Gelatin Capsules & different grade Gelatin to South Korea, Iran, Thailand, Malaysia, Indonesia, Jordan, Pakistan & India.
∎ GCL has now decided to appoint a Deputy Manager to increases production. This is an outstanding carrier opportunity, which offers first five years renewable contract and a fist-class expatriate in related to this sector.
∎ Working location: Factory & Head office both places.
