Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Pharm/M.Pharm from any reputed public University with PCB Registration

Experience Requirements:
∎ 14 to 15 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for planning, scheduling and control of all production activities,
∎ Preparation of daily/monthly production reports,
∎ Implementation of cGMP & safety rules in the production area,
∎ Responsible to coordinate with planning & materials management department for production,
∎ Planning according to the sales forecast and timely delivery of new product launches,
∎ To control and reduce WIP,
∎ Overseeing production processes,
∎ Re-negotiating timescales or schedules as necessary,
∎ Organizing relevant training sessions,
∎ Determining quality control standards for production
∎ Stay up to date with latest production management best practices and concepts.

Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 2/3 years of experience in the same position is required in a reputed pharmaceutical company.
∎ The applicants must have experience in the following business area(s): Pharmaceuticals.
∎ Self -motivated, analytical & complex problem solving skills
∎ Judgment and Decision Making skills
∎ Equipment knowledge and handling
∎ Operation Monitoring skills
∎ Team Player and have the ability to work with the cross functional teams.
∎ Can work under limited supervision with the ability to manage and lead the teams
∎ Proactive approach in problem solving and devise creative solutions.
∎ Having strong technical know-how.
∎ Strong communication and leadership skills.
∎ Well conversant with CGMP and Good Laboratory Practices.
∎ 14 to 15 year(s) of experience is required in a reputed pharmaceutical company.
