Job Context:
∎ SAFEGUARDING RESPONSIBILITIES: Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the programme`s goals on safeguarding implementation.
∎ Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.
∎ Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ JOB PURPOSE: Coordinate and monitor overall training implementation activities related to RMG factories and other institutions. This position is responsible for ensuring high-quality training services and all financial reports and overall client satisfaction.
∎ KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
∎ Develop/ update training curricula and manuals on safeguarding, gender equality and occupational health and safety.
∎ Develop annual training plans and lead the implementation process.
∎ Conduct training programmes using both online and face-to-face options.
∎ Coordinate and monitor overall training implementation activities.
∎ Collect feedback from the participants and compile reports for the supervisors and other stakeholders.
∎ Visit factories/ institutes for new businesses and provide technical supports to the factories/ institutes as and when required.
∎ Prepare an annual procurement plan for training materials, and also coordinate the procurement process in line with the procurement policies.
∎ Assist to prepare department budget and coordinating with other functions of the department for efficient use of time and resources.
∎ Provide coaching and mentoring to the team members for their professional development.

∎ Have an understanding of BRAC values, vision, mission and different programmes.
∎ Knowledge on training management, social compliance, budget development, procurement, administrative and team management.
∎ Have skills on training needs assessment, training material development, client handling, business correspondence, problem-solving and team-building.
∎ Target oriented, ability to analyse financial data, risk-taker and ability to work under pressure.
∎ Minimum 05 years of working experience
