Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters Preferably in Sociology/ Social Work/ English/ International Relations/ Development Studies or any other relevant discipline with minimum 2nd division / class or equivalent GPA/ CGPA from any recognised university.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Provide necessary support to project coordinator in implementation of RAISE project activities as planned and carry out other responsibilities as assigned by BRAC Migration Programme Management.
∎ Support overall field level project implementation by facilitating planned project activities (meetings, events, training) as assigned by the Programme management in close coordination with the PMU, AD, PC, and other Welfare Center staff.
∎ Provide support in screening and registration of the project beneficiaries, data entry in the Reintegration Management Information System (RMIS), logistical arrangements and administrative tasks within their areas of responsibility.
∎ Support in implementation of field level campaigns and community mobilization activities
∎ Conduct regular field visit for effective implementation of project activities and update the progress/ significance changes to the management.
∎ Prepare monthly and quarterly reports , donor report, case story and MIS and project progress report etc.
∎ Ensure the safety of Programme Participants, people who come into contact with the organisation and team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation including sexual exploitation and abuse (SEA) to achieve the programme's goals of safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
∎ Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.
∎ Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place and encourage others to do so.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 40 years
∎ Programme operations management.
∎ Advanced MS Excel, MS Word, MS Power point skill.
∎ Staff supervision, programme monitoring and continuous guidance.
∎ Networking, stakeholders liaison and develop relationship, partner organizations, like-minded organizations and donors.
∎ Project plan development and execution.
∎ Budget Planning and Cost Control.
∎ Multi-National Project & Team Leadership and Cross-Cultural Communications.
∎ Periodical report writing/ MIS, Case story and Documentation.
