Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelors/ Masters in any discipline from any recognised university with minimum 2nd division/class or equivalent GPA/CGPA in all academic examinations.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 1 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop reintegration plan for the returnees and finalise those sent from the field.
∎ Assist to provide individual economic reintegration support and implement all planned activities through Reintegration Service Centers and provide continuous guidance to the team for ensuring quality programme implementation/field operations.
∎ Conduct regular field visit for effective field operation and update the progress/significant changes' (if any) to the management.
∎ Supervise the reintegration plan and its implementation by the beneficiaries and track all the field data and give update to donor.
∎ Prepare (draft) periodical reports/donors report, case story and MIS and narrative progress reports etc.
∎ Maintain communication with donor and partner NGOs and fulfill their requirements and manage fund through internal and external communication.
∎ Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the programme's goals on safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
∎ Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.
∎ Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 01 year of work experience is preferable.
∎ Additional Requirements:
∎ Skills on programme operation, programme monitoring and staff supervision.
∎ Excellent networking and liaison skill to develop and maintain relationship with partner and like-minded organisations and donors.
∎ Expertise on IEC/BCC preparation, budget planning, cost controlling, periodical report writing/MIS, case story development and documentation.
∎ Excellent competencies on information technology, multi-national project management, best practice identification and innovation.
∎ Competencies on team leadership and cross-cultural communications.
