Job Context:
∎ JOB PURPOSE: Ensure proper monitoring and evaluation of the PPM activities under the guidance of NTP. S/he assist the PPM sites by online tracking of operation and addressing all trouble shooting so that the National TB programme runs smoothly to achieve national goal as well as strengthen govt. health system
∎ SAFEGUARDING RESPONSIBILITIES
∎ Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the programme`s goals on safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
∎ Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.
∎ Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Monitor, supervision, maintenance and follow-up Public-Private Mix (PPM) sites to strengthen Govt's TB control programme under the umbrella of National Tuberculosis Control Program (NTP).
∎ Liaison with NTP M&E personnel to perform in the same line of NTPs guidelines
∎ Assist in Optimum utilization of the resources and smooth implementation of the TB Diagnostics center (Gene Xpert and X-ray facilities) and mobile X-ray van under the leadership of NTP
∎ Troubleshoot of PPM Sites (TB Diagnostic Center and Mobile X-ray van) and quickly resolve the issues and track down record
∎ Assist in timely submission of documents relating to TB diagnostics centers regulatory certification (RCO, TLD badge, Environmental certification etc)
∎ Ensure relevant technical support capacity buildings of the users by arranging training and coordinate other department relevant to medical software.
∎ Frequent field visit and regular on-site data (programmatic and financial) validation by Spot check
∎ Support in proposal/concept note development along with other documents (budget, work plan)
Additional Requirements:
∎ Good in data analysis, report preparation, monitoring and evaluation
∎ Proficient in MS Office (Word and Excel), Access, SPSS
∎ Very good in presentation and interpersonnel skills
∎ Excellent verbal and writing skill in both (Bangla and English)
∎ Knowledge on National TB Guideline
∎ Hands on experience in managing information systems projects
