∎ JOB PURPOSE: This role carries overall support for MEAL, KM & Reporting within the Pooled Fund Project, including coordinating, implementing, and facilitating roll-out Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability and Learning (MEAL) systems, and knowledge Management & Reporting.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Strategic:
∎ Adhere to Pooled Fund's Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability and Learning (MEAL), Knowledge Management (KM) and Reporting standards and protocols.
∎ Provide ongoing technical support to Pooled Fund secretariat Team and Senior Manager-MEAL on data collection and tools for output and activity tracking; assistance during the development of funding proposals, particularly log frames and M&E Plans (MEPs) and ongoing support and guidance to the partner BNGOs.
∎ Evaluate, develop, maintain, and improve the functionality of Pooled Fund's MEAL, KM and Reporting systems to support evidence-based programming, measurement of goals and outcomes, decision making and advocacy.
∎ Assist in coordinating and supporting programme reporting, knowledge management, and MEAL activities, including data consolidation, knowledge sharing, and advocacy support for our projects.
∎ Operational:
∎ Conduct programmatic and financial field level monitoring over Pooled Fund allocations.
∎ Monitor local BNGO's report progress using harmonized template & Indicators aligned with Sr. MEAL Manager.
∎ Monitor capacity strengthening plans prepared for the local NGOs are implemented properly.
∎ Conduct the baseline, periodic assessments and endline report of the project implemented by the local BNGOs.
∎ Support the Head of Pooled Fund to develop and implement workplans for MEAL activities, as well as participate in project kick-off, review, and closure meetings.
∎ Organise monthly/quarterly Lessons Learned Workshops that brings together internal and external stakeholders.
∎ Collaborate with the Senior MEAL Manager to foster a culture of learning and accountability throughout the organization. This involves building capacity, facilitating informal learning spaces, curating knowledge resources, organizing training workshops, and innovatively promoting knowledge sharing and feedback mechanisms
∎ Knowledge Management:
∎ Produce quarterly, standardized reports for donor allocations across sectors served, while also ensuring ongoing analysis of Financial Crime Risk Management (FCRM) information in collaboration with Pooled Fund staff to enhance program effectiveness.
∎ Facilitate regular reflection and learning sessions with partner BNGOs, manage the archiving of lessons learned, collaborate with research bodies to share research findings, and provide support to the PF Secretariat as needed for various activities.
∎ Administrative:
∎ Provide necessary technical support to Sr. MEAL Manager as well as Secretariate pooled Fund Team on Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability and Learning tools, data analysis and report writing.
∎ Ensure direct/indirect supervision of respective partners staffs regarding MEAL.
∎ Provide ongoing support to give capacity development of Pooled Fund staff: needs assessment, planning, conduct training, and follow up.
∎ SAFEGUARDING RESPONSIBILITIES:
∎ Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment, and exploitation to achieve the projects goals on safeguarding implementation: Act as a key source of support, guidance, and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment
∎ Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action
∎ Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place and encourage others to do so

Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 3 years working experience in a similar in any Local/ International NGO.
∎ Strong computer skills in Excel, Access, SPSS, and STATA, along with web-based system expertise.
∎ Bilingual in English and Bangla, adept at report writing and presenting.
∎ Experience in monitoring and evaluation, humanitarian work, and deep knowledge of Cox's Bazar and Bhasan Char.
