Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor/ Masters Preferably in Statistics/ Management Information System (MIS)/ International Relations/ development studies / Sociology/ Social work/ CST or any other relevant discipline with minimum 2nd division/ class or equivalent GPA/ CGPA in all academic examinations from any recognised university.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Play an important role in data management and quality of the project by designing a M&E system that adheres to standard M&E Guidelines, and the Minimum Standards for Quality.
∎ Develop, manage and Generate MIS and other reports for the RAISE project and other projects of BRAC Migration Programme
∎ Develop monitoring tools and formats, collect periodical data from field and prepare M&E reports for the RAISE project
∎ Assist to provide technical guidance to the project staff and partner organization to ensure M&E related activities of the projects/ programme including development of indicators;
∎ Conduct regular monitoring visits to the field areas to oversee progress of the project and data quality; provide feedback from bottom to senior management level;
∎ Documents best practices and success stories, prepares documentation for potential programme users and submits timely.
∎ Support to program and MEAL team with developing the results framework, theory of change, log frame, Program Monitoring Tool (PMT), and MEAL plan including indicators for existing and new projects.
∎ Support MEAL and the project/program team on conducting statistical analysis including descriptive (univariate and bivariate data analysis) and inferential analysis using statistical software.
∎ Support in administrative issue and maintain stock register.
∎ Submit requisition to procurement department and act a focal person to deal with procurement issues.
∎ Ensure the safety of Programme Participants, people who come into contact with the organisation and team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation including sexual exploitation and abuse (SEA) to achieve the programme's goals of safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
∎ Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.
∎ Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place and encourage others to do so.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 40 years
∎ Log frame, M&E framework, Research, Information Technology.
∎ Effective Communication in Bangla and English, operating Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and data analysis software.
∎ Database management, Application of different data analysis software, Report generation.
