Job Context:
∎ Job Purpose:
∎ To contribute to the sustainable graduation processes of the targeted ultra-poor participants through feasible business development with specific focus on the linkages with relevant markets for selected enterprises and develop capacity of frontline staff to provide business development support to the participants.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Identify suitable enterprise packages for participants through market analysis and introduce new enterprise into the programme.
∎ To link target participants with service markets to avail knowledge, quality inputs, technical services and know-how and conduct mapping exercises to identify scope of linkage with relevant market actors.
∎ Develop different tools for staff capacity development and knowledge improvement on business development so that front line staffs can provide required support to the participants.
∎ Assist management through capturing learning and experience sharing to explore new initiative/innovation and bring changes to make the program more customized and context specific
∎ Assist operation team to develop enterprise specific reports, tracking business progress and suggest data driven decisions
∎ SAFEGUARDING RESPONSIBILITIES:
∎ Ensure the safety of Programme Participants, people who come into contact with the organisation and team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation including sexual exploitation and abuse (SEA) to achieve the programme's goals of safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
∎ Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.
∎ Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place and encourage others to do so.

∎ Minimum 2 years of experience in relevant field
∎ People Management and Leadership skills
∎ Analytical& problem solving skill
∎ Communication & Public speaking skills
∎ Documentation and reporting skill
∎ Knowledge on poverty dynamics, geographical context, community, culture etc.
∎ Basic financial knowledge
∎ Knowledge of local markets specifically for micro enterprises in both urban and rural contexts.
∎ Good Business Sense and Pro-activenes
∎ Dealing with ambiguities and conflict management
∎ Gender sensitivity
∎ Proven ability to create and maintain positive working relationships with market actors
∎ Thorough understanding of micro and small businesses as well as overall market dynamics
