Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Recruitment Fulfillment for International Markets:
∎ Strategically meet recruitment demands for Saudi Arabia, Malaysia, Singapore, Europe, Korea, and other designated countries.
∎ Ensure compliance with each country’s recruitment policies, labor regulations, and visa procedures.
∎ Optimize recruitment strategies to align with organizational goals and market requirements.
∎ Develop and sustain a direct network of skilled, semi-skilled, and unskilled workers to meet current and future demands.
∎ Identify and onboard sub-agents and new sourcing channels to diversify recruitment efforts.
∎ Strengthen and maintain professional relationships with sub-agents, sourcing partners, and media outlets to secure a consistent flow of candidates.
∎ Foster relationships with recruitment agencies, skill development training centers, and other talent pools.
∎ Coordinate with interdepartmental teams to ensure smooth communication and efficient recruitment processes.
∎ Represent the organization in external meetings and collaborations to promote recruitment objectives.
∎ Maintain up-to-date records, including demand/circular statuses, mobilization reports, and interdepartmental communications.
∎ Track and monitor recruitment activities to ensure timely and successful completion of each recruitment cycle.
∎ Create comprehensive documentation to enhance transparency and accountability in recruitment processes.
∎ Provide operational support during overseas interviews for employers, including those from KSA, Korea, and other regions.
∎ Facilitate logistical arrangements to ensure seamless execution of international recruitment drives.
∎ Assist in managing the expectations of both employers and candidates throughout the interview process.
∎ Act as a communication bridge between employers, management, and other stakeholders to resolve work-related issues.
∎ Address and mitigate challenges faced by candidates during recruitment and post-deployment.
∎ Develop and implement solutions to improve worker satisfaction and reduce turnover.
∎ Display a high level of energy, dedication, and result-oriented focus to achieve recruitment targets.
∎ Stay informed about market trends, evolving recruitment practices, and industry best practices.
∎ Actively contribute to the continuous improvement of recruitment strategies and systems.
∎ Execute any other tasks or projects assigned by management to align with departmental or organizational objectives.
∎ Undertake any other tasks assigned by the management.
∎ The Deputy Manager/Manager – Recruitment plays a critical role in fulfilling international recruitment demands across multiple countries by strategically managing sourcing networks, ensuring the smooth execution of recruitment processes, and addressing worker-related concerns. This position requires proactive planning, robust stakeholder collaboration, and efficient problem-solving to meet organizational recruitment objectives and maintain high standards of compliance and operational excellence
