Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters in any discipline from any accredited University.
∎ MBA in HRM/ PGD-HRM will be an added advantage.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ The primary duties & responsibilities of the incumbent include but are not limited to the following:
∎ Manage payroll, performance, compliance, disciplinary and welfare issues (including staff canteen).
∎ Ensure Health, Safety & Security of People and Properties of the company.
∎ Oversee leave and attendance of all staff /workers.
∎ Assign duties and monitor activities of security Inspectors/ Guards.
∎ Keep up-to date all factory licenses, e.g., BSTI, Environment, Fire, Boiler, Premises & Trade license.
∎ Maintain good rapport and liaison with different Govt. & Non-Govt. officials including regulatory bodies, law enforcing authorities etc., on industrial matters.
∎ Maintain HRIS and an appropriate documentation/record keeping systems of assigned factory & in Head office.
∎ Perform other tasks as assigned by the management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 30 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Relevant experience as Team leader/ Manager in any large and reputed FMCG and/ or similar manufacturing company is required.
∎ Should be able to work in pressured environment.
∎ Strong leadership, interpersonal & communication skills.
∎ Team building and problem-solving skills.
∎ Computer literacy is a must for the position.
