Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc in Electrical Engineering preferable from any public university.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 7 to 10 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Operation & Maintenance, Service/ support
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Group of Companies

Job Responsibilities:
∎ The incumbent's duties & responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
∎ Plan, organize, coordinate and execute all electrical engineering activities at all industrial units, under group's umbrella including electrical installation work for different projects.
∎ Manage and provide technical support as required for delivery of all electrical utilities, such as Electric Power Distribution, Generators, Boilers, Compressors, etc.
∎ Monitor achievements of the electrical team assigned in different units and ensure uninterrupted utility supply.
∎ Set up system and manage the overall spares' requirement of all units, train operators and support staff, maintain operational records and operational costs.
∎ Submit the proposition to higher management on continuous operational improvement.
∎ Keep liaison with production, logistics, administration, accounts & QA departments to ensure quality production of goods, maintaining due safety & security and timeliness.
∎ Perform other tasks as assigned by Management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Experience in FMCG in a senior managerial position will be given preference.
∎ Strong leadership, interpersonal & communication skills.
∎ Strong understanding of electrical manufacturing processes.
∎ Must be able to troubleshoot and/ or solve the problem, as the need arises.
∎ Computer literacy is a must for the position.
