Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Support Director, Programme Heads, Sector Leads, Unit Heads in developing, implementing, and evaluating programmes to fulfill the mission of HCMP.
∎ Execute directions and assist support team in relationship management with assigned objective.
∎ Maintain routine correspondence with project funders, partners and other stakeholders.
∎ Coordinate evaluation logistics for operations including maintaining necessary lists and forms.
∎ Coordinate special events for HCMP management and provide assistance in planning and arrangement of conferences, retreats and meetings to programme showcase.
∎ Support evaluation of all program activities and quality improvement activities, including data entry and basic data analysis.
∎ Serve as liaison for partners including regular meetings and participation in programme activities and providing ongoing support in relation to foundation activities at field level operations.
∎ Maintain interaction with sectors, support units and externals through phone calls, newsletter, and mass mailings.
∎ Serve as representative of HCMP for communities, sectors, and other partners.
∎ Document program activities through weekly summaries of activity by maintaining database.
∎ Submit accurate and timely information to management for decision making.
∎ Collect and process data to produce meaningful reports that will serve objective purpose for the leadership team in order to make plans and set directions.
∎ Writing meeting minutes when meeting is conducted.
∎ Ensure the safety of Programme Participants, people who come into contact with the organisation and team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation including sexual exploitation and abuse (SEA) to achieve the programme's goals of safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
∎ Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.
∎ Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place and encourage others to do so.
∎ Purpose:
∎ This position will act as BRAC HCMP management supporting focal point to coordinate and support on meetings, visit scheduling and management, HCMP event management with operational issues of Humanitarian Crisis Management Programme (HCMP). Maintain active coordination between HCMP management and sectors/ programmes/ units in Cox's Bazar (CXB) to strengthen in-house coordination and contribute to provide timely supports from HCPM management under the supervision of the Director, HCMP.
