Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor/ Masters degree in Agricultural science, Development Studies, Social Science or any other relevant subject from any recognized university/ institute

∎ At least 3 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Provide support directly to the Pooled Fund, including - the BRAC HCMP Livelihood sector leads and the Pooled Fund Secretariat
∎ Maintain regular coordination with the Pooled Fund-supported Livelihood BNGO partner organizations
∎ Manage and dictate the project cycle of Pool fund partners to complete the entire project cycle smoothly
∎ Initiate regular project coordination meetings with partner BNGOs and with other stakeholders, both internal and external entities, when required
∎ Ensure smooth implementation of the PF-funded BNGOs livelihoods Programme/ Projects
∎ Provide the necessary guidance and support to the Pool fund partners to achieve timely and quality implementation of activities
∎ Maintain communications with Area Focal Agencies and the Livelihood Sector - Cox's Bazar, regarding mobilizing funds based on identified needs
∎ Represent BRAC and the Pooled Fund in the different sector coordination meetings - and provide updated information regarding the Pooled Fund project, including objectives, activities (i.e. EOIs), implementation, etc.
∎ Undertake negotiations with all relevant stakeholders to increase BRAC and the Pooled Fund footprint for the Rohingya response in line with the livelihood sector rationalization principles
∎ Provide support and guidance to ensure quality for the PF BNGO partners' documents (like FD-6, 7 etc.) and reports - including that these are produced and submitted in a timely manner (as per the agreed upon reporting schedule) and submitted to the PF MEAL and Sub-grants managers
∎ Monitor the PF-funded BNGOs' project input and activities and manage progress against the outcomes defined in the project's document
∎ Support the PF Implementing Partner BNGOs in preparing details of the project implementation plan, provide a quality technical support review and ensure the field-level activities follow the plans as designed and agreed upon
∎ Assist with preparing the individualised organisational capacity development plan for each PF-funded BNGO partner and support and provide guidance and/or training when necessary
∎ Review the PF-funded BNGO partner organisation's project implementation plans and suggest revisions as and when required
∎ Monitor the PF-funded organisation's project's agreed resources are appropriately utilised with full accountability (including procurement) and transparency
∎ Ensure the PF-funded BNGO partner organisation's s agreed WASH budget is being utilised 100% in accordance with the Pooled Fund, BRAC and donor's compliance
∎ Undertake regular field visits to provide technical guidance and supervision and monitor the progress of the PF-funded organisations' project activities
∎ Facilitate donor's and BRAC high officials' field visits as and when required
∎ Practice, promote and endorse all the Pooled fund cross-cutting themes for all the PF-funded BNGO partner organisations, including Gender, Social Inclusion (disability) Safeguarding and Climate and Environment Sustainability
∎ Ensuring that all these themes are being considered, implemented and practiced by the. PF-funded BNGO partner organisation for all their project activities
∎ Assist and guide the PF-funded BNGO partner organisation with complaints, grievances, or problems. Report and seek guidance from the Pooled Fund Secretariat Team for follow-up
∎ Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the program goals on safeguarding implementation
∎ Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment
∎ Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standard in every course of action
∎ Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident take place, encourage others to do so
