∎ JOB PURPOSE
∎ BRAC Learning and Leadership Development develop leadership development programs and learning solutions that precisely target each leadership level at BRAC to help our staff develop into dynamic professionals, unlock potential, and experience unprecedented growth for years to come. Our Leadership development programmes are a multifaceted learning experience aimed to build lasting capabilities that will enable our leaders to lead in challenging ecosystems and seize opportunities.
∎ The incumbent will provide support and assistance in the areas of designing, planning, operational support, knowledge management of leadership development programs. The incumbent will maintain a direct working relationship with a number of programmes and participants within the organization. In addition, the staff member is required to discharge their responsibilities in a manner consistent with the core competencies and values of BRAC.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Support in the design, delivery and impact evaluation of leadership development programs for all staff
∎ Implement core competency based learning journey for all staff
∎ Work with leadership journey participants to develop customised immersive learning experience
∎ Develop schedule, run and evaluate seminars, workshops and self-paced trainings
∎ Assist in organising, facilitating implementing workshops, learning circles, forums etc. related to leadership development
∎ Provide support to adapt best practices, new methods/processes from the industry and re-equip as per BRAC's context and need
∎ Establish knowledge management culture
∎ Monitor, follow up and ensure successful implementation of leadership development initiative
∎ Provide operational assistance as required
∎ SAFEGUARDING RESPONSIBILITIES
∎ Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the programme's goals on safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
∎ Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.
∎ Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 2 years experience in leadership development programme is required
∎ Strong communication, written and presentation skills in English and Bangla
∎ Strong command over Microsoft Office (MS Word, MS Power Point, MS Excel) and G Suite.
