Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Understand project activities and gather information through field visits and other means
∎ Document relevant information and provide inputs as needed
∎ Conduct regular system audits to evaluate system performance and usage
∎ Lead and manage project MIS, ensuring they are delivered on time maintaining accuracy
∎ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and develop project plans
∎ Monitor project progress and adjust plans as necessary to achieve objectives
∎ Collect and cross-check data from different camps, enter it through KoBo tools, and organize, protect, and store the data. Analyze and interpret the data to provide actionable insights for quality project implementation
∎ Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations for various stakeholders
∎ Submit daily, weekly, and monthly reports containing both quantitative and qualitative information, and regularly update the information management database
∎ Develop and implement a field plan to ensure data collection, review, and cleaning of skill graduates and participants in self and wage engagement programs, in compliance with data protection policies
∎ Conduct field visits to the skills training centers (20 centers) in different camps in Ukhiya and Teknaf sub-districts under Cox’s Bazar district
∎ Contribute to documenting program activities, achievements, challenges, and strategies for both internal and external audiences
∎ Track and update all verification means related to skill development training, self, and wage engagement. Ensure accurate data input in the Kobo system for beneficiary profiles
∎ Assist in preparing articles, blogs, case studies, and other content for internal use and publication on various platforms
∎ Contribute to the development of external and internal reports, concept notes, and project proposals in collaboration with team members
∎ Coordinate and collaborate with BRAC’s communications unit for knowledge sharing and project dissemination
∎ Ensure the safety of Programme Participants, people who come into contact with the organisation and team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation including sexual exploitation and abuse (SEA) to achieve the programme's goals of safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment
∎ Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action
∎ Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place and encourage others to do so
∎ Deputy Manager (Knowledge Management) under the direct supervision of Manager–Knowledge Management and Documentation will ensure the collection, documentation, archiving and sharing of the information through reports, publications, success stories etc. related to project
