Job Responsibilities:
∎ Carry out resignation related activities of Head Office and communicate to respective programmes and departments to ensure the separation process flawless
∎ Ensure exit interview of resigned staff of HO and compile information regarding the cause of resigning
∎ Collect/receive separation relate documents from programmes/departments and arrange to disburse separation related letters such as termination, retirement, retrenchment, redundancy, discontinuation & dismissal letters on due time
∎ Ensure Release Order from programme after getting separation report. After receiving the clearance from respective programmes, prepare final settlement calculation document and experience certificate, release letter accordingly
∎ Update final payment related information in HRMS Module and other software
∎ Communicate with respective programmes/units/HRD Field Offices regarding separation and final payment issues as well as if there are issues such as financial or other misconducts of separated staff
∎ Coordinate and liaison between BRAC International and programmes through HR for placement of expatriate
∎ Analyse facts and findings of causes of separation and prepare reports for management which have significant impact on employee retention and attrition analysis
∎ Support team members in cross-functional issues
∎ Establish a safeguarding culture across all level of the programme by implementing the safeguarding policy. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment
∎ Responsible to ensure team members are appropriately trained, supported and have access to resources regarding issues that are identified and actioned in accordance with the safeguarding policy and procedure
∎ Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so
