We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR Intern to support our human resources team. This role is ideal for someone who wants to gain hands-on experience in recruitment, employee engagement, and HR operations in a fast-growing digital company.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in sourcing and screening candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, and other platforms
Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and hiring managers
Maintain and update candidate databases and HR records
Support onboarding processes for new hires
Help draft job descriptions and job postings
Assist in employee engagement and internal communication activities
Conduct initial HR screenings and shortlist candidates
Support HR reporting and documentation
Stay updated with HR trends and best practices
Required Skills & Qualifications
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Basic understanding of recruitment and HR processes
Familiarity with LinkedIn and job portals
Good organizational and time management skills
Ability to work independently in a remote environment
Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace
Preferred Skills (Optional)
Previous internship or experience in HR or recruitment
Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
Understanding of employer branding and social media recruitment
Basic knowledge of labor laws (optional but a plus)
