Responsibilities & Context:

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR Intern to support our human resources team. This role is ideal for someone who wants to gain hands-on experience in recruitment, employee engagement, and HR operations in a fast-growing digital company.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in sourcing and screening candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, and other platforms

  • Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and hiring managers

  • Maintain and update candidate databases and HR records

  • Support onboarding processes for new hires

  • Help draft job descriptions and job postings

  • Assist in employee engagement and internal communication activities

  • Conduct initial HR screenings and shortlist candidates

  • Support HR reporting and documentation

  • Stay updated with HR trends and best practices

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Basic understanding of recruitment and HR processes

  • Familiarity with LinkedIn and job portals

  • Good organizational and time management skills

  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment

  • Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace

Preferred Skills (Optional)

  • Previous internship or experience in HR or recruitment

  • Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)

  • Understanding of employer branding and social media recruitment

  • Basic knowledge of labor laws (optional but a plus)
