∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resource Management
∎ MBA from reputed government universities will get preference

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 8 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Compensation & Benefits, Corporate HR, HR Budget, Performance appraisal, Rewards, salary survey, Training & Development
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Group of Companies

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop policy frameworks and conduct annual manpower planning activity
∎ Monitor budgetary adherence to the business budget for people and take corrective action
∎ Drive the Performance Management process
∎ Ensure yearly departmental / individual Key Responsibility Areas (KRAs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
∎ Determine compensation structure and compensation bands through salary survey and salary grade structuring.
∎ Lead the FLDP (Future Leader Development Program) and other people development program
∎ Conduct training needs assessment and identify and coordinate with both internal and external trainers for various training programs
