Job Context:
∎ JOB PURPOSE: Assist in analyzing, developing & deploying products & services in the financial applications, support in managing the technological platform & architecture of the financial applications while following approved process, procedures and involving related stakeholders as per the programme need and priority.
∎ SAFEGUARDING RESPONSIBILITIES:
∎ Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the programme`s goals on safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
∎ Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.
∎ Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Analyze and prepare business requirements in alignment with the financial applications' (Core Banking Applications/Microfinance Module of ERP) design, architecture, policies, and procedures.
∎ Drive any kind of development and deployment of new products & services in the financial applications by the partner effectively doing regular follow-up.
∎ Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) of developed products & services in coordination with all relevant stakeholders ensuring quality of deployment.
∎ Ensure the cross functional alignment, coordination and understanding of different stakeholders in case of requirement analysis and specification.
∎ Support in documentation, knowledge sharing and management of the relevant applications' features i.e., products, services, strategy frameworks, policy, compliance etc.
∎ Assist in managing product strategy, deployment platform & architecture of the financial applications.
∎ Ensure compliance with defined SLA, KPI, escalation & problem resolution processes.
∎ Support in managing associated budget and purchase process.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Hands-on experience as Business-Analysts/Developers in working with Microfinance/Financial Applications/Core Banking Software/Insurance Software in MFI/Bank/Insurance sector.
∎ Experience in project and stakeholder management
