∎ Coordinate with key stakeholders to implement diverse events such as university campaigns, workshops, conventions, and media events.
∎ Liaise with creative agencies, vendors and service providers for effective campaign outcomes within budget constraints.
∎ Manage event logistics, and identify event participants and partners to enhance event impacts.
∎ Collaborate with cross-functional teams for effective event execution and improve attendee experience.
∎ Develop campaign messages and content to address gender inequality and violence, raising awareness effectively.

∎ JOB PURPOSE
∎ The Deputy Manager will coordinate and execute campaign activities, driving impactful outcomes that promote gender transformative programmes across BRAC and its network. Primarily, the key responsibility will be to oversee event operations, employing innovative strategies to combat gender inequality and violence.
∎ KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
∎ Plan and execute events related to Shomotontro and other GJD campaigns.
∎ Coordinate with key stakeholders to implement diverse events such as university campaigns, workshops, conventions, and media events.

∎ SAFEGUARDING RESPONSIBILITIES
∎ Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the programme’s goals on safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
∎ Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.
∎ Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, and encourage others to do so.
