∎ Minimum 02 years’ of relevant experience preferably in a data-oriented position. Experience in project management or digital/web development environment will be an added advantage.
∎ Proficiency in writing and data presentation, analyzing, interpreting, and integrating data.
∎ Expertise in people management and report writing
∎ Strong understanding of ICT4D, project management, urban development, social protection, and labor markets, with expertise in statistical analysis, data mining, and analytics.
∎ Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello) and software testing tools (e.g., Selenium, JMeter).
∎ Good communication and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse stakeholders effectively.
∎ Problem-solving mindset and collaborative spirit for co-creating and implementing solutions within a team environment.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Maintain project timeframes and prepare budget estimates and status reports for SDP's all technology-based projects.
∎ Engage relevant stakeholders and coordinate between the technology and program teams to establish shared responsibility during pilots and POCs of tech products.
∎ Ensure regular follow-up of project operations and effective monitoring of projects to drive smooth execution.
∎ Guide the development and implementation partners and project team members to develop proper documentation, reports, interfaces, application extensions, and master data preparation and conversion.
∎ Contribute to project planning and business development to ensure that technical aspects are well-integrated into broader project goals. Ensure the program's active participation in the solution development phase.
∎ Analyze existing processes and activities to develop and drive alternative digital interventions for smooth and efficient operations.
∎ Review project requirements, designs, and code meticulously to ensure they meet quality standards and best practices. Create and implement detailed test plans, cases, and scripts to verify software functionality, performance, and security.
∎ Develop team capacity at the head office and field level through intensive supervision, field visits, mentoring, and training so team members can grow and take on larger roles as the program expands.
∎ Ensure the safety of Programme Participants, people who come into contact with the organisation and team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation including sexual exploitation and abuse (SEA) to achieve the programme's goals of safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
∎ Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.
∎ Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place and encourage others to do so.
∎ JOB PURPOSE
∎ This position will oversee and ensure the successful execution of technology-based projects within the program. This will involve maintaining project timeframes and budgets, coordinating between various stakeholders, including technology and program teams, guiding development partners, and ensuring that projects align with broader goals. Additionally, the position will aim to drive efficiency and quality in project operations through process analysis and the implementation of digital interventions. Developing team capacity and managing challenges such as coordinating with other programs, managing multiple projects, adapting to changing priorities, and ensuring quality standards will also be key objectives of this role.
