∎ JOB PURPOSE: In this exciting role you will be responsible for designing, overseeing, and implementing compensation and benefits arrangement for BRAC. Also ensures that reward policies, procedures and benefit arrangements are in alignment with the organisation`s overall strategic objectives and HR vision.
∎ Location: Head Office.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
∎ Ensure the basic compensation structures in the organization (grading system, job evaluation system and benefit arrangements) are aligned with the organisation's overall compensation strategy.
∎ Review existing benefit arrangements to assess whether they are competitive and aligned with the strategy of the organisation. Also recommend new benefit programs to management by studying employee requirements and market trends.
∎ Assist to coordinate market surveys to ensure competitive and appropriate compensation structure for the organisation
∎ Ensure that regular compensation events like; cost of living adjustment, reward management process, performance bonus payout etc. runs smoothly following the set policy and procedure.
∎ Ensure that annual workforce budgets are prepared efficiently based on the planned workforce requirement
∎ Analyze data to identify trends, disparities, and areas for improvement in compensation and benefits programs.
∎ SAFEGUARDING RESPONSIBILITIES:
∎ Establish a safeguarding culture across all levels of the programme by implementing the safeguarding policy. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
∎ Responsible to ensure team members are appropriately trained, supported and have access to resources regarding issues that are identified and implemented in accordance with the safeguarding policy and procedure.
∎ Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place and encourage others to do so.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 2 years experience in the field of Compensation & Benefit/Reward is required
∎ Advanced expertise in MS Excell
∎ Understanding on Job Evaluation method and organisational structure
∎ Compensation and benefit strategy and practices
∎ Strong and proven analytical skills
∎ Clear understanding on Bangladesh Labor Act
