Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelors/ Masters in Science/ Social Science/ Business/ Education from any recognised University with Minimum CGPA 3 and above.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Manage digital media content on website, Facebook Page, and other social media.
∎ Write donor reports and business development plans for BYP projects.
∎ Work with Material Development team to help design content and provide materials (guidelines, manuals) for the team.
∎ Support community and service projects developed by project participants.
∎ Engage with internal and external project stakeholders through offline and online meetings and conversations.
∎ Promote project engagement opportunities in national and international youth networks.
∎ Support with database management and process mapping.
∎ Document lessons learned and share them in simple & useful formats.
∎ Develop quality write-ups (blogs/infographics) or reflection pieces.
∎ Ensure the safety of team members and project participants from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the programme's goals on safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
∎ Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.
∎ Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 02 years working experience in the relevant field, preferably in facilitation or adolescents and youth centered activities.
∎ Knowledge on development sector, youth development and related organisations
∎ Excellent communication skills (both in oral and written) in Bangla and English
∎ Advanced technical skill in Microsoft Excel, data analysis tools and basic skill in SPSS, online data collection tools (Kobo, ODK etc.)
∎ Ability to conduct on-line research
∎ Strong report writing, presentation and facilitation skills
∎ Competencies in project management, critical analysis and problem solving
∎ Capacity to dealing with ambiguities and meeting tight deadlines
