Educational Requirements:

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Overall responsible for capacity building initiatives of the project
∎ Design need based comprehensive and communicative training modules and guidelines and execute in timely manner
∎ Conduct training need assessment at progrmme participants,Govt: officals and staff level
∎ Organize trainings and learning sessions for different tier of program partciapnts
∎ Prepare and track budget for capacity development
∎ Gap analysis and detail work plan to troubleshoot related to capacity building
∎ Use of innovative approaches to conduct 'Online Capacity Development Activities'
∎ Support M&E and communication team to produce quality document as well as developing knowledge products
∎ Support in developing logical framework, set measurable indicators for better programming. Contribute to the development and review of programmes' strategy, annual operating plan (AOP), and other priority strategies/plans.
∎ Ensure team members' safety from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment, and exploitation to achieve the programme's safeguarding implementation goals. Act as a key source of support, guidance, and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
∎ Practice, promote, and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.
∎ Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so.
Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 5 years working experience with capacity development, training conduction, project management, budgeting, managing donor and staffs. Candidates having a background of working in the humanitarian context will be preferred.
∎ Theoretical understanding on Case Management, GBV management, annual operation plan
∎ Knowledge on participatory training method, managing schedule for training and content development
∎ Knowledge on proposal and concept note development on different thematic area to conduct research
∎ Skills in designing and executing training material like guideline, module and manuals
∎ Skills in capture lesson learnt, reporting and troubleshooting under challenging situation
∎ Analytical view on ToC, Logical framework, project organogram skills
∎ Tool development for training needs assessment, cross cultural sharing meeting to capture and disseminate lesson learnt
∎ Skills in using modern technology - MS Word (Windows), Excel, Power point and ICT4D
