∎ JOB PURPOSE: Facilitate in driving data-based decision making in businesses, by scheming and standardising analytical and technology solutions in an effective way.
∎ Assist in Financial planning, strategic decision making and performance management to ensure smooth operational planning.
∎ SAFEGUARDING RESPONSIBILITIES
∎ Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the programme`s goals on safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
∎ Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.
∎ Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, and encourage others to do so.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Analyse, interpret, evaluate and interrelate microfinance business data and develop integrated business analyses and projections to incorporate in data analytics or business analytics.
∎ Generate and present monthly insight to the management committee.
∎ Ensure setting the right target to the right people considering Macroeconomic analysis and geographic potentiality.
∎ Assist in budget exercise and review and track monthly progress/actual against budget.
∎ Collaborate with all the sub-units of Microfinance, Operations and Finance for budget management.
∎ Plan, conduct and coordinate market and operational-related studies with different units and stakeholders to support business planning and process improvement.
∎ Facilitate to provide regular updates and changes on Annual Operating Plan (AOP), Monitoring & Evaluation (M&E) framework to ensure data rationalization within the programme.
∎ Effectively coordinate with the operations team, internal and external stakeholders to ensure the understanding of data analytics, business analytics and its importance.
