∎ JOB PURPOSE: This role is responsible for providing technical support to the Rural community-based projects along with the Community clinic-based project. The role is also responsible for developing strategies for continuous quality improvement of services in the community.
∎ SAFEGUARDING RESPONSIBILITIES: Ensure the safety of Programme Participants, people who come into contact with the organisation and team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation including sexual exploitation and abuse (SEA) to achieve the programme`s goals of safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment. Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action. Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place and encourage others to do so.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Using the m-Health platform (Dishari app) and conducting field visits to ensure quality services are provided by the SKs
∎ Monitoring Area Managers' performance quality through field visits and checking the m-health dashboard, DFS, and SOP
∎ Identifying loopholes in the service delivery system/ method by the Area Managers, PA, and SK and sharing findings with the operations team for system improvement
∎ Analyzing dashboard data, preparing and sharing at a glance report of programme indicators to the management. Suggesting corrective indicators where necessary based on the reports
∎ Ensuring the compliance of inventory management as per guidelines and procedures
∎ Preparing related reports and presentations for the management as required
∎ Working with the training and content development team to create SBCC materials, SOPs and guidelines.
Additional Requirements:
∎ 3 years of working experience in relevant field.
∎ Skills on MS document, MS Excel and MS PowerPoint
∎ Interpersonal communication skills
∎ Technical knowledge on public health
∎ Analytical ability
∎ Time Management
