Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field.
∎ Applicants with MBA will get preference but not a must.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 6 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Plan, Schedule, arrange and implement the preventative & corrective maintenance as per the periodic manner that has been determined considering the equipment running hours and standard guideline.
∎ Coordinate with production and maintenance team to ensure the daily sales demand as well as sales forecast provided by the sales team.
∎ Plant manager is responsible for his team, his own tasks as required by seniors time to time in accordance with assigned responsibilities;
∎ Keep necessary correspondences with own department and giving weekly, monthly work schedule and necessary action regarding the project's/plant's development;
∎ Analyze the process improvement for the optimum output as well as enhance the productivity
∎ Ensure work progress as per master program/time schedule as per standard;
∎ Root cause analysis for any unplanned & shutdown and troubleshoot for reliable operation of the process plant
∎ Planning and preparing of daily work schedule;
∎ Able to maintenance of Liquid Gas bottling filling plant.
∎ Maintenance of gas detector and flame detector.
∎ Maintenance of firefighting equipment.
∎ Any other task given by management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ 5 to 6 year(s) extensive work experience in related field.
∎ Proven work experience.
∎ Production & maintenance.
∎ Adequate knowledge of business and management principles.
∎ Familiarity with industry standard equipment & technical expertise.
∎ Be knowledgeable of safety, quality, productivity, demand creation & inventory.
∎ Computer literacy.
∎ Ability to create accountability and to lead by example.
∎ Strong team building, decision-making & people management skills.
