Frequent visit to customers inside and outside of Dhaka.

Job Description:
Set strategic plan and implement tactical action to achieve organization objective.
Forecast market needs, assist in planning & ensure monthly sales target achievement.
Develop and implement new sales initiatives, strategies and programs to capture potential customers.
Supervise sales team and fix target and follow-up the activities of the team members to increase sales.
Assist to prepare daily/weekly/monthly customer (corporate/retail) visit plan.
Find Potential customer by robust market visit. Visiting industrial customers and build relationships.
Develop new businesses, applications and retain existing customers.
Conduct market survey and analysis in developing new products and applications.
Provide training to customers to ensure correct and safe usages of industrial gases.
Track and audit company assets related to industrial gases.
